Walmart Shopping Trip

I went to Walmart last night to redeem a lot of FREE item coupons and this is what I walked away with for just $4.83:

Without coupons this would have been $26.41! Everything was FREE except the Oreo Cakesters ($1.00 after coupon), Yoplait Yoplus ($1.50 after coupon) Minute Maid Berry Punch ($1.00) and One Beech Nut Cereal ($0.23).

Beech Nut Cereal Deal @ Walmart

I went to Walmart yesterday and the Beech Nut Mixed Cereal had a B1G1 FREE coupon! To make it an even sweeter deal, I had a $1.00 OFF any cereal coupon making the one I bought just $0.47! That's less than $0.24 each! The one you get for FREE can be any kind (rice, mixed, oatmeal)

Poll is now Closed!

Thank you to all of the readers who voted on the recent Where Do you Shop poll...The results are as follows:

Walmart: 29
Target: 27

Albertson's: 9

Stater Brothers: 8

Vons: 4

Ralphs: 4

Walmart won with 67% of the votes with Target coming REALLY close behind it. Needless to say, I will concentrate to find $aving$ on both of these stores but don't worry, if you shop at any of the others I will find deals for you too but just not as often!

To find a Walmart near you and get more details, visit here! My friend Kristie and I will be taking advantage of this since we're going to Walmart on Saturday!

Walmart Samples

You can request a few Walmart samples through here. The nice thing about getting samples is that they sometimes also include a coupon for that item! If you didn't know, Walmart and Sam's Club are the same Company so if you have a membership to Sam's Club, Walmart already has your contact information so you might as well get samples!

A few of my Walmart deals from yesterday

Since I decided to do this blog today, I didn't take pictures of all of my great deals and savings from yesterday. Here are just a couple of the good deals and freebies that I got. I was able to buy 61 items for just $80! I did buy a lot of fruit and veggies, a toy for Khloe and meats without coupons which threw my $1.00 per item out the window!

All of these were originally priced at $8.97 and reduced to $5.00 but I happened to have a $4 off coupon for each so just paid $1.00 per box! I'm still waiting for the Airwick ones to go on sale since I also have a $4 off coupon.

The lint rollers were priced at $0.97, use the coupon from here of $1.00 to make them FREE! The Johnson and Johnson First Aid Kit on the go were also priced at $0.97 and I used the $1 off coupon from this past Sundays paper for any Johnson and Johnson Red Cross item which made them FREE! Both of these items can be found at the Walmart trial section aisle!

Condiment Coupons

With Summer right around the corner we all know how many BBQ's we'll be having! Make sure to stock up on some of these items while on sale so you don't have to purchase them at regular price! The Original French's Mustard is just $1.00 at Walmart making it just $0.50 after the coupon!
